Warranty Policy

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Jigglin George Incorporated warrants to the original owner that your JIGGLIN' GEORGE NEW LIFE EXERCISER® is covered by a three year warranty covering manufacturer defects in material and workmanship from the date of original purchase under normal operating conditions. Cosmetic parts showing normal wear will not be covered under this warranty unless they are non-functional. JIGGLIN' GEORGE NEW LIFE EXERCISER® Service Center will at its option, during the warranty period, repair or replace the defective unit or part when the unit is returned to JIGGLIN' GEORGE NEW LIFE EXERCISER® Service Center insured and freight or postage paid. You may deliver the unit to us or ship at your expense plus return shipping charges of $34.50.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

Your warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by or attributable to Acts of God, abuse, misuse, improper usage or operation contrary to instructions contained in the enclosed manual. Improper maintenance, lightning, power surges, brown-outs, or other incidences of excess voltage or low voltage, or any unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration by any service other than the JIGGLIN' GEORGE NEW LIFE EXERCISER® Service Center.
Damage occurring during transit is not covered by this warranty.
The warranty card must be mailed within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase, and be on file for the warranty to be in effect, along with a copy of the sales receipt showing date of purchase.
The Machine has a tamper proof seal. If the seal has been broken the warranty is void and the machine is non-returnable.

TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY

Jigglin' George Service Center is the authorized service center for your equipment. All service on your equipment must be performed by the Jigglin' George Service Center in order to protect your warranty and to ensure quality service. Should your equipment develop any defect during the warranty period, first call the service center 417-336-2121 for authorization, or email to george@jigglingeorge.com.

If we choose to replace your equipment, we may replace it with a reconditioned one of the same design. Please allow up to one (1)weeks for repair. This warranty applies only in the U.S.A. and Canada to you the original purchaser.

LEGAL RIGHTS & LIMITS

ALL APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, GIVEN TO YOU BY LAW ARE THEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATIONS OF THIS WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL JIGGLIN' GEORGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
